Payment policy
The standard Retreat Fee is €2,500 per person. Reduced rates are available for participants who book early.
Early Bird Rate — €1,950 applicable for bookings made until 1 September 2026.
Payment consists of:

Regular Rate — €2,100 applicable to bookings made from 2 September 2026 until 27 September 2026 (inclusive).

Your place at the retreat is confirmed once the required full payment has been received. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

Cancelation policy
Illness & unforeseen circumstances
We understand that illness and unforeseen circumstances can occur. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all participants take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
The retreat deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including illness. If you cancel your booking before 1 September, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. The deposit, however, remains non-refundable.
Please note that the full retreat amount is non-refundable for any cancellations made after 1 September, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness. However, you may:

Transfer your place to another person (subject to approval),

Request a credit toward a future retreat (at the organizer’s discretion).

Insurance
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. All participants are strongly encouraged to purchase their own travel and cancellation insurance at their own expense. This can help protect you against unexpected events such as illness, travel disruptions, or other circumstances that may prevent you from attending the retreat.
Do I need special insurance for the outdoor activities?
No. Insurance coverage for the organized outdoor activities will be provided by the retreat organizers. To ensure that appropriate coverage is arranged, please complete all required personal and emergency contact information in the participation contract and registration forms accurately and in full.

General Rules
To help create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable retreat for everyone, we kindly ask all participants to follow these general guidelines:

Be on time for all planned activities and sessions.

Respect others and the venue. Please treat fellow participants, organisers, staff, and the venue with care and communicate with kindness.

Alcohol: We strongly advise against drinking alcohol during the retreat.

Illegal substances: Illegal substances are absolutely not tolerated.

Smoking: The venue is smoke-free. If you smoke, please use the designated smoking area.

Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum and avoid any disturbances between 22:00 and 07:00.

Shared spaces: Please help us keep common areas clean, tidy, and comfortable for everyone.

Safety: Follow the instructions of the organisers and activity leaders, particularly during physical or outdoor activities.

Transportation
How do I get to and from the retreat?
Transportation to the retreat location and your return journey home are the responsibility of each participant.
Is transportation provided during the activities of the retreat?
Yes. Transportation required for all scheduled retreat activities is provided and included.

Arrival
Can I arrive one night before the official check-in date?
Yes. The official check-in date is 2 November 2026. Participants who wish to arrive one night earlier, on 1 November 2026, are welcome to do so for an additional fee of €80.

Activities
Do I have to participate in all the activities offered during the retreat?
No. Participation in all activities is completely voluntary. You are welcome to take time for yourself whenever needed. However, for safety and organizational reasons, we ask that you inform the retreat organizers in advance if you choose not to participate in a scheduled activity.
Do I need climbing experience or special skills before joining the retreat?
No. Previous climbing experience or specific skills are not required. All activities are designed to be accessible to beginners, and you will receive sufficient instruction and guidance from qualified instructors before and during each activity.
Do the activities require special equipment or clothing?
Please refer to the section "What should I bring to the retreat?" for detailed information about the recommended clothing, footwear, and any equipment needed for the activities.
How long do the activities last?
The duration of activities varies depending on the day's schedule. A detailed plan for each day, including activity times and durations, will be provided each morning.
What if I feel tired or need some personal time during the retreat?
That's completely fine. The retreat is designed to support your wellbeing, and we encourage you to listen to your body and your needs. You may choose to skip an activity and enjoy some quiet time instead. Please inform the organizers beforehand if you decide not to join a scheduled activity.

Food
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please provide details of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements in the information form provided with your participation contract. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but it is essential that you inform us in advance.
What kind of food can I expect?
We aim to provide nutritious and wholesome meals throughout the retreat. Wherever possible, meals will be vegetarian, with fresh and locally sourced ingredients when available.
What meals are provided?
The retreat includes:

A breakfast buffet each morning.

A packed lunch, which you can prepare from the breakfast buffet before heading out for outdoor activities.

A freshly cooked dinner in the evening.
Are drinks included?
No, drinks are not included in the retreat price. However, tea and coffee will be provided during breakfast and made available during retreat activities. Participants are responsible for purchasing any additional beverages they may wish to consume.

What to bring for the trip
What should I bring to the retreat?
To ensure you stay comfortable during both the outdoor activities and relaxed moments at the retreat, we recommend bringing the following:

Mid layer: Fleece jacket or lightweight down jacket
Insulating layer: Warm insulated jacket for colder weather

Comfortable waterproof outdoor shoes or hiking boots

We recommend packing in layers, as weather conditions in the mountains and outdoors can change throughout the day. A detailed weather update and any additional recommendations will be shared before the retreat.
